PAYMENT POLICY RATE PAYMENT POLICY
The full amount of your reservation will be paid during check-in at the hotel. The requested credit card details are for reservation guarantee. To validate the entered card details, some banks may temporarily charge an amount equivalent to one monetary unit.
These must be prepaid at the time of booking with your credit card. By confirming your booking, you agree that the total accommodation amount will be charged to your credit card.
Payment for the reservation will be made in Euros. Prices in other currencies displayed during the booking process and in the confirmation are for informational purposes only and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. The amount to be paid will be the one shown in the confirmation voucher received by email. The total amount of the reservation is calculated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and does not include any additional charges that may be incurred during the stay. We would like to remind you that, according to current legislation, advance payments in cash over €1,000 and €10,000 cannot be made if the customer is a natural person without fiscal residence in Spain. Payment cannot be split into different invoices and account holders.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY RATE PAYMENT POLICY
Changed your plans? With the Payment at Hotel rate, you can make any changes or cancellations to your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged 100% of your stay. No Show: 100% of the stay. After making your reservation, you can only change the details if the RATE CONDITIONS allow it. This will depend on what these conditions specify and will be subject to hotel availability. For changes, there may be administrative costs, and the specific conditions of the offer regarding modifications will apply. These changes are only possible for bookings made through our official websites or the Call Center.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are penalty-free. Cancellations within less than 7 days will be charged 100% of the total stay. No-shows or unexpected departures will be charged 100% of the total stay.
High season (28.03.2024 - 01.04.2024 / 01.08.2024 - 28.08.2024 / 23.12.2024 - 03.01.2025 / 17.04.2025 - 21.04.2025): Up to 14 days before arrival, cancellations without penalty. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay. No-shows or unscheduled departures will be charged with 100% of the total amount of the stay.
Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified. If you depart earlier, cancel your booking for any reason, or fail to fulfil this reservation, you will not receive any credit or refund.
Online reservations can only be cancelled or modified through the confirmation email sent by clicking on the designated buttons. If you encounter any issues during the process, please contact reservas@rosahotels.com. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases where it is believed that the customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where reservations contain or result from an error or mistake.
